What We're Looking For

The Academics Record Coordinator provides critical team resources by sharing the responsibility for academic records functions which includes the evaluation of transfer credit and maintenance of degree audits.

A bachelor's degree, one year of relevant work experience and an active Christian faith are required. Five years of experience are preferred.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.

What You Will Do

Adds transfer credit to each student's academic record in accordance with transfer credit policy. Responds to student and advisor questions related to transfer credit.
Applies course substitutions and other requirement modifications to a student's degree audit as approved by their dean's office.
Makes modifications to transfer course equivalencies and degree audits based on approvals in the ECR (Equivalent Course Request) and CIM (Curriculum Inventory Management) systems.
Other duties as assigned, which may include grade processing, special projects, solving problems related to students' academic records, and assisting constituents with questions via email or phone.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
Ability to comply with University policies.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
