What We Are Looking For

The Academics Record Coordinator provides critical team resources by sharing the responsibility for academic records functions which includes the evaluation of transfer credit and maintenance of degree audits. General technological proficiency is essential to this position while experience with Banner and uAchieve programs is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree, up to one year of experience, and an active Christian faith are required. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

Applies course substitutions, waivers, and other degree plan modifications to students' degree audits as approved by the Dean's offices.
Applies transfer course work to students' academic records. Enforces transfer credit policies as they relate to incoming transfer credit. Facilitates the flow of incoming transcripts between Office of Admissions Services & the Office of the Registrar.
Assists the Associate Registrar for Academic Records in maintaining accurate student records. This includes monitoring the electronic grade change process and entering approved grade changes submitted through other means.
Other duties as assigned, which may include grade processing, special projects, solving problems related to students' academic records, and assisting constituents with questions both in-person and via the phone.
